I knew Id be out all day yesterday, so I made this gorgeous smoothie to take with me. I just LOVE the color and it tasted amazing! Super easy. Here’s the recipe with pix!

The health food store had local organic baby kale and swiss chard. So sweet and tender!

Pineapple juice – I never measure, about 1 whole pineapple, 2 bananas and hemp seeds.

Blend everything together. You can use frozen bananas. I just personally don’t like cold juice or smoothies.

Im in love with the color! So my little co pilots kept me nice and full for a good part of the day!
