I usually put a ton of greens, swiss chard, kale, sunflower greens, celery and cucumber along with chia seeds, and a host of other raw foods in my smoothies but this morning I tried something new.
1 red grapefruit
Large handful of spinach
Burdock root – about an inch size piece
Scoop of vanilla Sunwarrior powder
Blend in Vitamix. So smooth and creamy and filling!
