Click HERE to order or just got to the store page.

It has taken a few years to perfect this recipe but it is finally time to let the secret out that many of my private clients and students have known for a while now. I have been selling this cream at my raw food trainings, to friends and family and its now available to all of you!

This deeply nourishing skin cream is made from truly natural ingredients. It is perfect for a daily moisturizing cream (I use it every morning before putting on makeup and at night after washing my face before going to bed) and has also been used for problem and troubled skin.

Each ingredient used has been selected according to its healing properties. I have listed them below with a short description of each. This cream is made in small batches, by hand, at low temperatures so as not to destroy the healing properties of each ingredient.

This cream will last for months if you use it sparingly. A little goes a very long way. You will notice the difference in your skin within days. Use this cream for 30 days and your skin will be transformed!

Here are some testimonials:

“LOVE LOVE LOVE this cream. I feel like I have new skin! Love the texture and feel of this cream. It’s done wonders for my complexion. Thanks!”
Kerri M.

“Alissa, I bought the abundance cream from you at your certification training last year. I need more, PLEASE! When will you be making another batch of this? I began using it as just a face cream and fell in love with it. I then I decided to try it on my psoriasis. I could not believe how much this helped! I have used everything in the last 15 years to help with the psoriasis and this cream worked better than anything I’ve ever tried. I wanted to ask you when you would have more and if I could buy this in a bigger quantity?”
Much Love,
Susan P.

“Hi Alissa, Its Donna from the last training class. I bought one of your creams in class and wish I bought a few more. This is the best face cream. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and my skin feels so smooth and soft and hydrated. Please let me know when I can order more once its up on your site for sale.
Thanks for this amazing cream!”

Raw Green Soup

Wednesday, January 22nd, 2014

Ive been making a raw green energy soup in the mornings lately instead of my raw food smoothies.
This is the one I made this morning. You can alter the spices and seasonings to your liking.
Raw Energy Soup
Kale
Collards
Swiss chard
Celery
Bock choy
Cucumber
Sunflower greens
Lime juice
Avocado
Ginger
Turmeric powder
Cayenne powder
Cumin Powder
Dulse
greens
In a blender or food processor, blend all of the ingredients except the Dulse, until smooth. Once this is blended well, add the Turmeric, Cayenne and Cumin and blend again. Pour into a large bowl and add Dulse pieces. I like using a vitamix so it comes out really smooth and creamy.

4th day of Advanced Raw Prep with Leah Dubois added to Alissa’s Level 3 Raw Food Teacher Training!

Tuesday, February 26th, 2013

Whether your looking for a career in Raw Food or just interested in learning more for yourself or loved ones, Alissa’s level 3, Living on Live Food Teacher Certification, will prepare you for your next step in your raw food journey.

Alissa has been eating and teaching the raw vegan lifestyle since 1986.

She has been living this lifestyle since then and she was one of the first to begin a Certification Program in this field.

Alissa has added a 4th day for the Level 3 Teacher Training! We are so excited to have Leah Dubois, Alissa’s chef from her restaurants, Grezzo, and co-author of Raw Food for Everyone, teaching a full day of advanced raw food prep on Monday attached to the level 3 Teacher Training. This 4th day of training with Leah will be included in the cost of the Level 3 Teacher Training! Please read below for more information about this day.

After taking Alissa’s level 3 Teacher Training, many of our students teach classes, open restaurants and wellness centers, cater, become personal chefs, write books, consult and make an abundant living doing what they love! Many students come to class just to learn how to take care of their families, friends and communities by sharing Alissa’s raw food philosophy.

Alissa Cohen’s Level 3 Certification courses are designed to open up a whole new world for you by giving you the knowledge and training to become a certified Living on Live Food Chef, Instructor and Teacher.

(you can view video testimonials here from Alissa’s students!)

Both newcomers and experienced participants feel comfortable in Alissa’s class.

The program is designed to help you reach your personal and professional goals. After taking this course, you can venture into your own raw food business or you can join Alissa and be part of her team! You will be able to teach others how to become healthy and vibrant through individual one-on-one teachings or with groups by teaching Alissa’s Level One and Level Two classes.

Many people, after taking Alissa’s classes, choose to create their own raw food business without teaching Alissa’s Level One and Level Two classes. Some teach an occasional class and others teach many Level One and Level Two classes. It is totally up to you! Alissa offers these bonuses as a way to get people started on their raw food path without having to reinvent the wheel and for people who do not want to be out on their own but part of a bigger community.

The only way to become a level 3 Teacher is to be trained directly by Alissa in this 4 day class. In this 4 day Teacher Training, you will be certified as a Level 1 Chef, Level 2 Instructor and Level 3 Teacher. There is no prerequisite to this training as it is an intensive that will cover all three levels.

From the level 3 Certification Course, you will learn how to go raw and stay raw. You will also be able to teach others how to go raw and stay raw with ease! While creating optimal health through a fun, enjoyable, and realistic way! You will learn tools and techniques to motivate and inspire others along their path. You will not only be learning food preparation and nutrition, but also about the mental and emotional aspects of a raw food diet.

Spending 4 Days with Alissa in Gloucester, MA., you will also learn:

This is very often a favorite part of the trainings for many people. The knowledge gained in these sessions while talking with Alissa and sharing with the group often brings about an enormous understanding and awareness for the Raw Food Diet and lifestyle.

Leah Dubois will be the main teacher for Mondays class. You will be learning unique recipes and techniques from Grezzo.

You will learn the intricate details of how to prepare upscale, eclectic food that is cutting edge in the raw food world.

This is not your typical raw food class with standard recipes such as pizza, wraps and pies. You will instead be learning advanced culinary techniques that have been adapted for raw food preparation. You will learn how to make boursin style cheeses, pickled vegetables, how to baste, macerate and present dishes. You will learn how to create unique tastes and textures uncommon in raw foods such as aerating, setting, releasing and candying.

Garnishing and finishing plates will also be covered as well as tips on recipe building, ingredient substitutions, finding unique products, adapting meals to different situations, etc…

Gourmet meals and a celebratory dinner included.

This is an extremely unique opportunity to study with Leah Dubois. A truly one of a kind experience!

(If you are not coming to the Level 3 training but would like to sign up for this one day training on the Monday following the Level 3, please call the office at 978-985-7217. We will have a very limited amount of spaces available for people interested in the one day only. Past Level 3 Teachers will receive a discount, please call the office for more information)

(At this time, the only dates we have available for this extra day of training with Leah is for the 3 Mondays following the level 3 training dates in 2013. We offered this day a few years ago when Alissa had the restaurant in Boston and it was such a huge success that we were turning people away just weeks after announcing it.  We do not know if this extra day will be available after the 2013 teacher Trainings.)

Imagine … making money AND doing what you love, while helping people and spreading the word about raw food!

Many of Alissa’s teachers are deriving a very large income after receiving these certifications.

Being part of Alissa’s team means that you will be benefiting from Alissa’s knowledge and experience. Best of all, you will be part of her organization that will connect people to you through her online database and through your own Living on Live Food website that promotes your classes and raw food business through Alissa’s site. Kelly Cooks her way through Raw Food for Everyone!

Monday, March 19th, 2012

Post from Kelly Marra:

Last year, I made a New Year’s resolution that I thought wouldn’t stick because most people’s don’t. I was salivating over Alissa Cohen’s new book, Raw Food For Everyone. I’d been to Grezzo, I knew how good the food was, and I knew how good the recipes would be from Alissa’s new book.

One night while Rob, my husband, was out at his martial arts class I finally got around to watching Julie & Julia. I’d read the book a few years before and wanted to see the movie but I hate dragging Rob to the movies to see a chick flick.

I watched the movie with Raw Food for Everyone open on the table in front of me and I figured out how I could teach myself amazing raw food cooking tricks and save thousands of dollars by teaching myself. I’d just cook my way through every single recipe in Raw Food For Everyone, and like Julie, I’d do it in a year. I convinced myself that it would be easy. I would only have to make 300 recipes while Julie had over 500 to make. Easy enough, right?

The more I thought about it, the better the idea seemed and I started coming up with all sorts of reasons to follow this through to the end. One of my other big reasons is that I am a cookbook collector. I’ve got so many raw food cookbooks and yet I only ever make a handful of recipes from each book. What was the point of having all of those books around if I only made one or two recipes from each book? I needed to expand my horizons, try some new foods, and really get to know a cookbook for once.

I officially started Dec 1st and didn’t tell anyone about my plan. I like to start New Year’s resolutions early so that if they don’t stick by the end of December I can still come up with a good resolution just in time for the New Year. I didn’t put too much effort into that first month; I think I only made about 20 recipes. 20 x 12 = 240. If I stuck to 20 new recipes a month I’d fall way short of the 300 I was hoping to make in a year.

It took me 11 months to cook my way through all 300 of Alissa’s recipes in Raw Food For Everyone. With each new recipe I was learning something new. Alissa’s book is a great go-to book for easy gourmet dishes. Some recipes may seem daunting at first, but with just a little planning it’s simple to have a gourmet raw food meal every night.

I’d spend every Sunday morning with a pad of paper in one hand and Raw Food For Everyone in the other. It became my ritual to make my grocery list and menu and then to go grocery shopping. I’d start soaking nuts and seeds before leaving for the market so they’d be ready to go by the time I was. I’d spend Sunday afternoon in the kitchen, making as much as I could for the week ahead. From sauces to soups, crackers, cakes, cookies and ice cream, there’s a recipe for nearly everything you could possibly want to make in Alissa’s new book.

I feel like I’ve grown in my understanding of raw food preparation and techniques by cooking my way through Alissa’s book. I understand the principles behind what makes her food so great, fresh ingredients, amazing spices, some creativity and lots of love.

To me, raw and living foods are inspirational. Before I embarked on this crazy year-long project I’d often get into ruts where I wouldn’t know what to make. But thanks to Alissa’s book, I’m never at a loss now; it only takes flipping through the pages to come across a recipe that I truly loved or looking at the tantalizing photos I took of nearly every recipe from her book.

There is no other book that I would recommend more for delicious recipes than Alissa Cohen’s Raw Food For Everyone (other than her first book, Living on Live Food!). It’s the crown jewel of my raw food cookbook collection.
