Alissa’s new papaya organic cotton apron is an essential kitchen accessory!
 
Our apron is 19” long and 23” wide, waist ties are 21” long each with a neck opening of 9 ¼”.
   
Recommended care: Machine wash cold, line dry or tumble dry low. Avoid using bleach.

These aprons offer a comfortable neck strap and an adjustable waist tie. They are perfectly proportioned to fall above the knee so they are comfortable to move in. The organic cotton fabric allows the apron to mold to your body as you prepare your meals. Made of high quality supple and soft fabric, these aprons will get softer with each washing.

Our beautifully crafted aprons are skillfully made in the USA through a woman owned micro-enterprise venture located in the Appalachian Mountains. The soft earthtone color is achieved by blending in naturally colored cottons, which are ostensibly rare varieties of cotton that are grown in very limited supply*. In addition to being beautiful, they have exhibited other extraordinary properties such as an intrinsic anti-microbial effect.

*Organic cotton used to created Alissa’s aprons were colored through selective cross breeding where cross pollinated seeds from rare colored cotton plants come together to form natural earth tones.  Naturally colored cotton is a friendly non-toxic way to color organic cotton.
