You must call us before returning any products.

If you are returning an appliance please note that there will be a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of shipping back to the company, unless the product is defective, also we do not refund on appliances that have been used or are not in their original box.

All food items, books, DVDs and apparel are non returnable unless these were received damaged or not in proper condition.
