Vibrational Foods...

When we eat "high vibe" foods, our vibration naturally rises. We feel lighter, brighter and more at peace. Conversely, when we eat low vibe foods such as processed foods and fast foods, our vibration drops and we can feel sluggish, foggy and heavy.


So what are some high vibe foods that you can add to your diet to help raise your vibration?


Some of my favorites include fresh fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens; nuts and seeds and sprouted grains. These are all nutrient-rich, fiber-rich and unprocessed foods that will help to support your vibration and your health.


When we make the conscious decision to eat high vibe foods, not only are we helping our physical bodies but we're also supporting our spiritual journeys.


The pineal gland, also known as the third eye, is a small, pinecone-shaped gland located in the center of the brain. It's responsible for producing melatonin, which helps to regulate our sleep cycles. The pineal gland is also thought to be involved in producing DMT (dimethyltryptamine), a compound that is believed to be released during deep meditation and near-death experiences.


Some people believe that the pineal gland is our connection to the spiritual world and that by keeping it healthy and active, we can increase our ability to connect with higher dimensions and spirit guides. One way to support the health of your pineal gland is by eating high vibe foods that are rich in nutrients and minerals. (Note that dairy products are believed to have an adverse effect on pineal gland health.)


So how can you eat pineal-supporting foods? Here are a few ideas:


- Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens.

- Enjoy nuts and seeds, especially pumpkin seeds, pine nuts and hemp seeds.

- Eat Seaweed and chlorella

- Drink plenty of fresh juice and coconut water.

- Include avocado in your diet and beets.

- Take oil of oregano (helps to remove existing calcification within the pineal gland)

- Take a shot of raw apple cider vinegar (helps decalcify the pineal gland)

- Avoid dairy products.


When we make the conscious decision to eat high vibe foods, we're also setting an example for others and helping to raise the vibration of the planet as a whole.


Choose foods that resonate with you and that make you feel good. There is no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to food and health. What works for someone else may not work for you, and that's okay. Trust your intuition and your own personal connection to food and health. Embrace the high vibe foods that make you feel happy, healthy and energized!


By eating healthy foods, we can boost our energy, sharpen our minds, and improve our overall mood.
