Closing & Tying Up Loose Ends

There’s a specific kind of energy that shows up when you're in the final stretch of a big transition.
Not the exciting beginning.
Not the wild unknown ahead.
But the in-between—the part where you're closing doors, checking boxes, handing over keys, and finishing things that needed finishing.
That’s where I’ve been.
Wrapping up details, clearing out drawers, making the calls, doing the things I’ve been putting off. It’s not glamorous. It’s not fun. But it’s essential.
Because how you leave something matters.
There’s power in closing loops.
In finishing conversations.
In clearing out spaces and canceling what no longer fits.
Not because you’re trying to control it all, but because you’re creating clean energetic space for what’s next. Loose ends leak energy. And before you can fully step into the new, you’ve got to collect that energy back.
It’s not always emotional—it’s often just… real.
Practical. Grounding. Necessary.
And it can feel like work.
But it’s work that makes the path ahead lighter.
I’ve felt the shift happening as I complete these small, lingering things. Every time I check something off, I feel a piece of myself returning.
Not in a nostalgic way—but in a present way.
It’s like: okay. That’s done. That part is clear.
And I can move forward with more energy, more intention, more peace.
This is what it means to honor the ending—not to drag it out, but to finish it well.
To give it your presence all the way through.
And then… to let it go.
More to come soon. But for now, I’m in this space:
Clearing. Finishing. Releasing.
And it feels really, really good.
